FAQ's

Will my child get an equal chance to play in the Fury Program?

Every child who makes a Fury team has demonstrated the ability to play at that level, however, Fury teams play in competitive leagues, and coaches must constantly assess player development and team needs.  There could be times when your child gets very little play time in games, this is entirely at the coaches discretion, your coach will be happy to discuss with you and your child what the player can do to improve their performance and in turn gain more time on the field.

How do I know if the game has been cancelled due to rain?

Get in touch with your coach as soon as possible.

What equipment do I need?

All players must wear shin guards which must be covered by socks. All players must bring water to every game and practice. Soccer cleats are required in the Fury program. A soccer ball for home practice is strongly recommended to improve the player's skill level.

How often will I practice?

Most Fury teams practice twice weekly, the practice day is based on the coaches availability and field availability.  You are expected to attend practice, if you cannot, you will need to contact your coach and let him/her know prior to practice.   Our coaches prepare practice based on the number of players they have, please help them to plan accordingly.

How much does it cost to play Fury?

The Player fees for each season of the Fall 2005-Fall 2006 seasonal year are $125.00 per player.  You will be responsible for the cost of your uniform ($100.00 for two jerseys, two shorts and two socks)  You must have cleats and shin guards as well.
